Ingredients:
Piece of aluminum foil (easier clean up)
Non stick spray
6 small plain bagels, cut in half for halves
Contadina Pizza Sauce (I like the squeeze bottle, that way you can refrigerate after versus the can)
2 cups shredded pizza or mozzarella cheese
Hormel Pepperoni
Small bag of diced ham
Prep:
~On a baking sheet, spread aluminum foil and spray with non stick cooking spray
~Put one pepperoni over center of bagel to cover hole
~Squeeze pizza sauce on bagel and spread with spoon, be sure to cover completely but not overdoing it
~Spread cheese over sauce, then add desired toppings
~YOU CAN ALSO PUT VEGGIES ON HERE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THEM FOR VEGETARIANS OR FOR DIFFERENT TYPE OF PIZZA - SUCH AS ONIONS, GREEN PEPPERS, BANANA PEPPER RINGS, BLACK OLIVES, ETC., HOWEVER IF YOU WANT MORE TOPPINGS ON YOUR BAGELS, I'D RECOMMEND USING THE REGULAR SIZED PLAIN BAGELS.
~Broil in oven till cheese is slightly browned
~Then bake for ten minutes at 350 degrees
~Serve!!!
BROIL FIRST TILL CHEESE IS MELTED AND SLIGHTLY BROWNED
After broil and cheese is melted and slightly browned, bake for ten minutes at 350 degrees
