Ingredients: (makes two subs)
10 slices of roast beef
Beef gravy mix
2 submarine buns
4 slices of provolone cheese
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced mushrooms
Prep:
~ Grill roast beef so warmed
~ Make gravy mix but add 1-2 cups more water than normal so it is more like an "au jus"
~ Slightly warm buns in microwave
~ Grill onions and mushrooms using a small amount of olive oil
~ Put meat, veggies on bun and melt cheese over all of it in microwave
~SERVE!!!
Sandwich served with mashed potatoes and gravy (Pictured above)
