Ingredients for Chops:
2 Pork chops (with or without bone, mine had bone in them..)
1 egg
1 bag of bread crumbs (for pork, about $1.50 at Walmart)
1/4 tsp pepper
Prep:
~ After thawing out pork chops, preheat oven to 350 degrees
~ Beat egg in bowl
~ Cover pork chop in egg on both sides
~ Put 1/2 bread crumbs and pepper in a bag (zip-lock or mixing back that comes with bread crumbs)
~ Put pork chop in bag and work bread crumbs to cover chop completely
~ Using a fork, remove chop and put it on baking sheet (sprayed with non stick spray or with tin foil, sprayed as well)
~ Repeat for second chop adding second half of mixture into bag
~ When oven is preheated put pork chops in on middle rack
~ Cook from 30-45 mins depending on thickness and size of chop
~ Make sure it is completely cooked all the way through, but be careful to not overcook and take out the moisture
These taste like they have been fried... but they haven't.... hence the name I have allotted this timeless recipe LOL
