Ingredients:
3 fresh Cod filets
1 box beer batter
2 cups frying oil for pot (or use your deep fryer if you have one)
Prep:
~Dry cod filets with paper towel
~Cut them into smaller pieces
~Follow directions on Beer Batter box
~Get oil hot on stove or in fryer to approx 375 degrees
~Fry fish once, remove and put on plate with paper towel
~Then fry AGAIN, and repeat the paper towel step
~Serve with Danielle's Tartar Sauce (under April 2011 with Catfish)
