Homemade Cheese Cake....

This recipe was given to me by my dad... it is super easy to make!! I've gotten so many compliments on this!! Enjoy!

(Shown with Blueberry pie filling as a topping)


Ingredients:
16 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (or two 8oz. bars)
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
9" graham cracker crust (I use pre-made ones)

Prep:
~Preheat oven to 350 degrees
~Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar till smooth
~Add eggs, blend well till smooth
~Add mixture to pie crust
~Bake for 40 minutes or until cheesecake is set
~Carefully put in refrigerator, let set and cool for at least three hours before serving
~Serve with any pie topping :)
