Ingredients:
2 large cans (48 oz) of chicken broth
1 tsp Original Mrs. Dash
1.5-2 lbs chicken thighs
1 chicken bullion cube
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups sliced carrots
2 cups chopped celery
Salt & Pepper to taste - but in personal bowl only... not it whole pot
Egg noodles - only cook just before ready to eat
Prep:
~Cut up chicken into small bite sized pieces
~Boil broth
~Boil water to cook chicken
~Cut up veggies
~Boil chicken separate for a few minutes
~Then add boiled chicken and veggies, bullion and Mrs. Dash to broth
~Simmer on low-medium heat for two hours
~Cook noodles and heat up soup when ready to eat
~Put noodles in bowl, then add soup
~Enjoy!!
Boil broth
After chicken is done boiling, add to broth with veggies
Serve on bed of egg noodles in bowl
