Turo Mexican Layer Dip

This is such a great and easy dish to take to house parties, or to make if you have one at your own house!!

Ingredients:
1-1.5lb. ground beef
1/4 cup taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
2 cups sour cream
2 cups salsa (mild-medium)
2 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, diced
2 bunches green onions (scallions), chopped
1 small can pitted, sliced black olives
1 small jar banana pepper rings
Tostitos chips (I prefer Scoops)

Prep:
~In a skillet, cook beef, drain grease, add taco seasoning (and water if the packet calls for it)
~Heat up beans in a bowl just enough so that way it is easy to spread.
~Spread in bottom on serving dish/pan
~Spread beef over beans
~Spread sour cream over beef
~Spread salsa over sour cream
~Spread cheese over salsa
~Spread green onions, tomatoes, black olives and pepper rings on the top.
~Serve with chips!
~This dip is very good for leftovers, but I prefer to heat it up in the microwave for leftovers, but do NOT put in microwave first time you serve it.

Try and get beef into the smallest pieces you can....
Cut tomato in half, remove center, chop "meat" part of tomato
My taco seasoning calls for water added...
Layer one
 Layer two
 Layer three
 Layer four
 Layer five
Voila!!
