This dish is so simple to make! It's if full of flavor and has been a favorite of mine for a long time! Hope everyone that tries this likes it just as much!

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1 bunch scallions (green onions) chopped
1 beefsteak tomato, gutted and chopped
1/2 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
2 tbl K.C. Masterpiece BBQ sauce, or your favorite BBQ sauce

Prep:
~Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
~Gut and chop tomato
~Chop scallions
~Cover both sides of chicken breasts with bbq sauce
~Bake for 20 minutes, remove
~Add scallions, tomatoes and then cheese on top of veggies, replace in oven for ten more minutes
~Serve with whatever dish you want, especially Turo Tots**
~Also, these are great on the grill!!!

Remove after twenty minutes, add veggies then cheese, return to oven for another ten minutes
