Italian Green Beans...

This green bean recipes allows them to have a wonderful flavor! Sometimes you forget you are even eating green beans! It's very simple, especially if you already have the spices and other ingredients handy.


Italian green beans shown with Dee's Oven Roasted Red Skins* & Pan-Seared Filet Mignon*

Ingredients:
3 handfuls of fresh green beans
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup soy sauce (I prefer low sodium soy sauce)
1 tbl oregano
1 tbl Italian seasoning
1 tbl basil
1 tsp parsley

Prep:
~Cut ends of green beans and place in large skillet
~Slice onion, add to skillet
~Add all ingredients
~Simmer on low heat, and covered, until beans are tender.

Add all ingredients to large skillet, cover, simmer on low till beans are tender and serve with any dish...
