Dee's Oven Roasted Red Skin Potatoes!!

I made this recipe up as I went and they turned out to be heavenly! It is simple simple simple. That's typically my style!!

Shown with Italian Green Beans* and Pan-Seared Filet Mignon*

Ingredients:
8-10 red skin potatoes, washed, cubed
1 stick butter, melted
3 tbl minced garlic
1 tbl garlic pepper seasoning

Prep:
~Preheat oven to 400 degrees
~Wash and cube potatoes
~Sprinkle with garlic pepper seasoning
~Melt butter in oven-safe bowl/dish
~Add garlic to bowl
~Then add potatoes to bowl, mix so butter and garlic is covering potatoes
~Bake for 40 minutes (if potatoes aren't tender, then put back in oven for another 20 minutes)



Melt butter and add garlic
